Banana Frozen Yogurt

  1. In a large food processor, cream bananas and Greek yogurt until they resemble soft serve ice cream. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Once done, fold in chocolate chips, peanuts, and peanut butter cups. Spoon into a large freezer safe dish. Drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto frozen yogurt and swirl into frozen yogurt with a knife. Cover and freeze 3 hours until firm.
  3. Notes:
  4. This can be made by itself with just the bananas and yogurt. Then add toppings like nuts, chocolate or caramel sauce, berries, or crushed candy.
  5. This can be eaten right away, or I like to freeze it for a few hours to let it harden.
