Banana Frozen Yogurt
- 5 whole Bananas, Frozen And Cut Into Large Chunks
- 2 cups Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cups Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cups Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
- In a large food processor, cream bananas and Greek yogurt until they resemble soft serve ice cream. This will take about 2-3 minutes.
- Once done, fold in chocolate chips, peanuts, and peanut butter cups. Spoon into a large freezer safe dish. Drop peanut butter by spoonfuls onto frozen yogurt and swirl into frozen yogurt with a knife. Cover and freeze 3 hours until firm.
- Notes:
- This can be made by itself with just the bananas and yogurt. Then add toppings like nuts, chocolate or caramel sauce, berries, or crushed candy.
- This can be eaten right away, or I like to freeze it for a few hours to let it harden.
