Java Chip Cookies

  1. Mix together the white sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
  2. Beat in flour, coffee, baking soda, and salt on low speed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Drop rounded spoonfuls on a parchment-paper-covered cookie sheet and bake at 350u0b0F for 12 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. While the cookies are cooling, whip up that icing. Make some coffee, and mix 1/4 cup of it with powdered sugar until desired icing consistency is reached. Pour the icing in a plastic bag, snip off the very tip and make some designs on the cookies.
  5. Warning: Very important-do not skip this step: pour a tall glass of milk and enjoy!
