No Bake Golden Graham S’Mores
- 6 whole Chocolate Bars (Regular Size Hershey's, Approximately 1.5 Ounce Bar)
- 6 cups Miniature Marshmallows (6 Cups Is About 10 Ounces), Divided Use
- 5 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
- Place chocolate bars in freezer and chill well. Once the bars are very chilled, mash them with a rolling pin or meat mallet and then unwrap them. Place the broken candy bars back into the freezer.
- Butter a 9 x 13 pan.
- Melt 5 cups of marshmallows and the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally. Once the marshmallows have melted, remove from heat.
- Add vanilla, stir well. Add cereal and mix well. Add in remaining marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces.
- Press mixture into prepared pan. Let cool (place in fridge if you really can't wait!) and cut into squares.
