Mostacelli Express

  1. Make sauce in large skillet.
  2. Brown hamburger.
  3. Saute onion and pepper until tender.
  4. Drain grease.
  5. Add salt, pepper, basil, oregano, bay leaf, tomato paste, can of tomatoes and 1 cup water. Let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Cook mostacelli according to directions.
  7. Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan:
  8. mostacelli, cheese (Velveeta) and sauce.
  9. Repeat.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
