Cold Cut Bread
- 1/4 lb. genoa salami
- 1/4 lb. boiled ham
- 1/4 lb. cappicola
- 1/4 lb. bologna
- 1/4 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 lb. Prosciutto
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 lb. fresh pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- poppy or sesame seed
- Roll out dough (after it has reached room temperature) into a large oblong shape.
- Cut meats into strips.
- Cut Swiss cheese into strips.
- Spread all meats evenly on dough, then spread Swiss and Mozzarella cheeses evenly over dough.
- Roll dough up in jelly roll fashion.
- Place seam down into a large greased cookie sheet. Brush bread with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with seeds, if so desired. Crimp ends.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
- (If bread is very large, more baking time may be required.)
