Cream Puff Dessert
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped topping
- Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball.
- Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.
- Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch or equivalent jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 400u0b0 to 425u0b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until soft. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
- Add pudding and beat for 2 minutes.
- Spread over cooled puff.
- Mix whipped topping according to directions and spread on top of pudding.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup or top with fresh fruit.
