Chocolate Almond Zucchini Bread

  1. Sift together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
  2. To sifted ingredients, add cup of almonds.
  3. In medium bowl, mix oil, vanilla and eggs until well blended.
  4. Stir in melted chocolate until well mixed.
  5. Add zucchini; mix with dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  6. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Place on rack to finish cooling.
  10. Makes one large loaf.
