Green Bean Casserole(2 Servings)

  1. In 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate, microwave margarine on High 15 to 30 seconds or until melted.
  2. Add wheat germ, oats, Italian seasoning and garlic powder; mix well.
  3. Microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown, stirring after every minute.
  4. Remove mixture from pie plate; set aside.
  5. In same pie plate, combine the mushrooms and onion.
  6. Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in combined yogurt and cornstarch, coating vegetables thoroughly.
  8. Microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened; stir.
  9. Sprinkle with reserved wheat germ mixture.
