Quadruple Chocolate Cookies
- 1-1/4 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla until blended.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix only until blended. Add white, semi-sweet, and milk chocolate chips to the mixture and fold in.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0F for 8-9 minutes or until they are just underdone. Don't over bake or you wont get the perfect gooeyness.
