Peppermint Rice Krispie Treats
- 1/4 cups Unsalted Butter
- 1 bag (10oz Size) Original-flavor Mini Marshmallows
- 1 box (3.4oz Box) Candy Cane Jello Pudding Mix
- 5 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- 2 cups Mini Peppermint Marshmallows
- 10 whole Drink Straws, For Decoration
- 1 cup Vanilla Almond Bark, Melted According To Package Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted add in the bag of regular mini marshmallows, reduce heat to low. Stirring constantly, melt marshmallows completely. Remove from heat. Fold in the pudding mix and cereal until well combined. Carefully fold in peppermint marshmallows.
- Press into a parchment paper lined 9-inch square baking dish. Allow to set, about 1-2 hours. Cut into small squares, pressing a straw (I cut my straws in half) into the top of the treat.
- Holding the straw, dip bottoms of each square into the melted white chocolate. Set onto a piece of parchment paper and allow to set (about 15 minutes). Enjoy!
