Quick Chili With Fritos
- FOR THE CHILI:
- 1 pound Minced/ground Beef
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 1 can (16 Oz. Size) Tomatoes With Chili Seasoning
- 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 whole Avocado, Chopped Into Small Chunks
- 1 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 bag (9 Oz. Size Or Bigger) BBQ Chili Fritos (or The Plain Variety)
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- For the chili, over medium heat brown the meat and season with the chili powder, creole seasoning and cumin. Don't forget salt and pepper. When the meat is almost browned, add the black beans to the meat mixture. The tomatoes go in next and the tomato sauce follows.
- Turn down the heat and allow to simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Serve the chili with the toppings.
