Cinnamon Puppy Chow
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 box Cinnamon Chex Cereal (13 Ounce Box)
- 1 box Corn Chex Cereal (16 Ounce Box)
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- Put butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan. Heat them on the stove top at low heat. Once melted remove from heat and add vanilla.
- The two boxes of cereal should yield about 18 cups total. Working with 9 cups of cereal at a time in a large bowl, pour half the chocolate peanut butter mix over your Chex cereal and carefully stir.
- Transfer to two gallon sized zip-lock bags. Add the remaining cereal to your bowl and the rest of the melted chocolate peanut butter mixture. Stir carefully then transfer this to two more gallon-sized zip-lock bags. Divide the 3 cups of powdered sugar between all 4 bags, seal the bags and shake away.
- Store it all together in one large Tupperware container making sure to stir the cinnamon Chex into the regular Chex cereal.
- Delicious and a nice change!
