Dutch Baby Oven Pancake With Seasonal Berries
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 cups Berries Of Your Choice
- 2 teaspoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
- Heat oven to 400u0b0F. Put the butter into an oven safe pie plate. Heat in the oven until butter is melted. Remove pie plate from the oven and ensure the butter is evenly spread across the pie plate and brush the sides of the pie plate with the butter. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl with the flour, milk and salt to form the batter. Pour the batter into the pie plate. Return to the oven for 25-30 minutes, until pancake is puffed up and golden brown.
- Spoon your choice of berries into the center and sprinkle with powdered sugar and optionally some cinnamon. Enjoy!
