Easy No-Bake Nut Goodie Bars
- 1 cup Butterscotch Chips
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 2 cups Salted Spanish Peanuts (do Not Get The Raw Unsalted Kind)
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, grease the paper and set pan aside.
- In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals stirring after each 30-seconds.
- Once the mixture is completely melted and smooth, add the mini marshmallows and Spanish peanuts and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into the prepared 8x8 pan and refrigerate until hardened. Once thoroughly cooled and hardened, cut into your preferred size of bars.
- Store in an airtight container for a week or freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months.
- To double recipe, use a 9x13 dish and simply double the ingredients (or you can use a 10x15 jelly roll pan for thinner bars).
- This is a family recipe we've had for many years.
