Easy No-Bake Nut Goodie Bars

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper, grease the paper and set pan aside.
  2. In a large microwave safe bowl, combine the butterscotch chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals stirring after each 30-seconds.
  3. Once the mixture is completely melted and smooth, add the mini marshmallows and Spanish peanuts and stir to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared 8x8 pan and refrigerate until hardened. Once thoroughly cooled and hardened, cut into your preferred size of bars.
  5. Store in an airtight container for a week or freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months.
  6. To double recipe, use a 9x13 dish and simply double the ingredients (or you can use a 10x15 jelly roll pan for thinner bars).
  7. This is a family recipe we've had for many years.
