Meatballs In Mustard Sauce

  1. Mix hamburger with the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add the Accent and mix thoroughly.
  3. Melt butter or margarine in a deep skillet. Form ground meat into meatballs about the size of golf balls. Place in skillet and cook until they're golden brown.
  4. Add meat stock and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Remove approximately 3/4 cup of broth and stir mustard, brown sugar and cocoa in it.
  6. Return to meat mixture and simmer again.
  7. Baste meatballs with sauce.
  8. Serve with plain boiled potatoes or with boiled rice.
  9. This also goes well with buttered noodles.
