Creamy Baked Hash Brown Potatoes

  1. Combine 1/2 cup butter,

  5. milk, sour cream, cheese and flour.
  6. Bring

  8. a boil and then pour over thawed potatoes in a buttered
  9. 3 quart flat baking dish.
  10. Melt the rest of the butter
  11. and put in crushed corn flakes.
  12. Shred a little more cheese and
  13. put
  14. over
  15. potatoes;
  16. then
  17. put
  18. the buttered, crushed corn flakes on
  19. top of contents.
  20. Bake for 1 hour at 325u0b0. Can be
  21. made
  22. ahead
  23. of
  24. time
  25. and frozen until ready to bake.
