Loaded Butterfinger Banana Muffins
- 1 cup Butter
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 whole Brown Bananas, Peeled
- 2-1/4 cups Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 cups Miniature Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Crushed Butterfinger Candy Bars
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Line two 12-count muffin tins with paper liners (recipe makes roughly 20) and set pans aside.
- In a large bowl beat together the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat again. Smash the bananas in a small bowl and stir them into the creamed mixture.
- In a medium sized bowl sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add this into the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and candy bars by hand. Fill muffin liners about 3/4 full and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes.
