Triple Chocolate Pound Cake

  1. 1. Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  2. 2. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 50-55 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes on a wire cooling rack. Remove from the pan and allow cake to cool completely on a cooling rack.
  3. 3. Transfer to a cake plate.
  4. 4. Combine remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 to 1/2 cups heavy cream in a saucepan, over low heat. Stir continually until ganache is smooth and chocolate is melted. Let stand 10 minutes. Drizzle ganache over the cake.
  5. Enjoy!
