Chocolate Candy Cane Kisses
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 24 whole Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the butter and sugars till well combined. Add the oil and eggs and beat till creamy, then add vanilla.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the batter on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, unwrap the Kisses and place them in the refrigerator to keep them cold and keep them from melting too quickly.
- As soon as the cookies are out of the oven, press a Kiss on top of each.
