Noel Salad(This Salad Is A Pretty Holiday Salad.)

  1. Crush cranberry sauce and put in pan.
  2. Add hot water and heat thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, mix gelatin with cold water.
  4. Set 5 minutes, then add to cranberry sauce.
  5. Cool.
  6. When mixture starts to jell, fold in ground rind and pulp of orange, celery, nuts, dates and salt.
  7. Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
  8. Unmold on lettuce leaves.
  9. In a bowl, mix food coloring and cream cheese, then spread on salad to trim it.
  10. Serves 6.
