Fried Egg Salad Sandwich

  1. 1. First put 2 pieces of light rye toast in the toaster (when done, butter and set aside).
  2. 2. Then... fry yerself up an egg the way you like it. Put it into the skillet over medium heat and cook until your desired level of doneness - I like mine over easy.
  3. 3. Then fry up 2 pieces of bacon.
  4. 4. Mix together the mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, green onion, salt and pepper, cayenne and cheese.
  5. 5. Spread the mixture on toast. Top with egg and bacon. TADA!
