Fried Egg Salad Sandwich
- 2 pieces Light Rye Bread, Toasted
- 1 whole Egg, Fried The Way You Like It
- 2 pieces Bacon, Fried
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice (don't Use The Bottled Stuff - Blucky)
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Green Onion, Minced
- 2 dashes Cayenne Pepper (or Not)
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Cheese Of Your Choice
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1. First put 2 pieces of light rye toast in the toaster (when done, butter and set aside).
- 2. Then... fry yerself up an egg the way you like it. Put it into the skillet over medium heat and cook until your desired level of doneness - I like mine over easy.
- 3. Then fry up 2 pieces of bacon.
- 4. Mix together the mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, green onion, salt and pepper, cayenne and cheese.
- 5. Spread the mixture on toast. Top with egg and bacon. TADA!
