Chicken And Stir-Fried Vegetables

  1. Slice chicken breasts in strips.
  2. In nonstick skillet put olive oil and 3 to 4 cloves garlic crushed, heat skillet then add chicken.
  3. Stir-fry until tender about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and put cleaned, sliced vegetables in skillet and stir for 15 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Then add seasonings, all to your taste. Put chicken with vegetables and add your soy sauce.
  6. Layer rice, vegetables and chicken.
  7. Serves about 4. Makes a pretty dish.
