Chicken And Stir-Fried Vegetables
- 2 skinless and deboned chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- crushed fresh garlic
- fresh broccoli, mushrooms, onion, cauliflower, green pepper
- salt to taste
- pepper
- paprika
- garlic powder
- onion salt
- soy sauce
- rice
- Slice chicken breasts in strips.
- In nonstick skillet put olive oil and 3 to 4 cloves garlic crushed, heat skillet then add chicken.
- Stir-fry until tender about 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken and put cleaned, sliced vegetables in skillet and stir for 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Then add seasonings, all to your taste. Put chicken with vegetables and add your soy sauce.
- Layer rice, vegetables and chicken.
- Serves about 4. Makes a pretty dish.
