Raw Brownie Bites
- 1 cup Raw Almonds
- 1/2 cups Raw Cashews
- 1/4 cups Ground Flax Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Dark Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Agave
- 6 Prunes
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Nibs
- 1/4 Banana
- Pinch Of Kosher Salt
- Combine nuts and flax seed in a food processor and process until finely ground and almost a flour-like consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients to the food processor and process until the dough just starts to come together. Start with 6 prunes and add more if the dough is still too loose.
- Dump dough into a small bowl. Roll into balls and place on a tray. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
- Press balls down with the back of a fork to get the cookie shape.
- Keep frozen or refrigerated.
- Notes:
- Maple syrup can be substituted for the agave.
- If you don't have prunes, I assume dates would work just as well.
