Salted Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
- 1-1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/3 cups Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cups Peanut Butter Chips
- Coarse Sea Salt, For Sprinkling
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line cookie sheets with a baking mat or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking cocoa.
- 3. Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- 4. Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies just start to set. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets before removing to wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
