Red, White, And Blue Tiramisu
- 1 container Mascarpone Cheese (250g)
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 package Ladyfingers (about 18)
- 1-1/2 cup Vanilla Milk
- 1 cup Raspberry Dessert Sauce
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 2 cups Fresh Raspberries
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla together.
- Put the vanilla milk in a shallow bowl. Dip the ladyfingers in the vanilla milk for 5 seconds.
- Arrange ladyfingers in a layer at the bottom of the serving dish. Spread some of the mascarpone mixture on top, then add a layer of raspberry dessert sauce and a layer of berries on top of that. Repeat with another two layers of each, ending with just a layer of mascarpone on top. Arrange berries as desired on top.
- Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 3-4 hours.
