Five-Flavor Pound Cake

  1. Cream butter, shortening and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add flavorings; beat well.
  3. Beat in eggs.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
  5. Add to creamed mixture alternately with evaporated milk.
  6. Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
  7. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Invert onto serving plate.
  10. Yield:
  11. 16 servings.
