Loaded Cheese Fries
- 16 ounces, weight Package Frozen French Fries
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Tomato, Diced
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Then Diced
- 2 pieces Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
- 1/2 whole Green Onion, Cut Up For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a bowl, combine french fries, chili powder, garlic powder, salt/pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Toss it up to ensure sure each fry is covered. Spread them in an even layer onto a rimmed cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or according to your package.
- Transfer the french fries to a oven-safe dish and top with mozzarella cheese, tomato, green pepper, bacon pieces, and green onions. Place back in oven for an additional 3-4 minutes or place under the broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
