Mostaccioli Salad

  1. Cook and drain mostaccioli.
  2. Mix with salad oil while warm. Mix together sugar, cider vinegar, seasonings and parsley flakes and add to mostaccioli.
  3. Marinate overnight, stirring periodically.
  4. Gradually add onion, cucumber and green pepper, stirring after each addition.
  5. Add tomato, olives and cheese just before serving.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  7. Great for cookouts!
