Red Velvet Cake Cookies
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar, For Rolling The Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and flour. Whisk until clumps disappear.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, and applesauce. Mix until smooth.
- Take about 1 tablespoon of dough and form into a ball. Roll in powdered sugar until coated. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until edges are set and cookies begin to crack.
- Let cookies sit on baking sheet for 2 minutes. If desired, cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack and cool completely.
