Greek Chopped Salad
- 1 cup Green Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber, Sliced And Quartered
- 1-1/2 cup Tomato, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Carrot, Chopped
- 3/4 cups Red Onion, Sliced Thin
- 3/4 cups Sweet Onion, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, Chopped
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Thyme (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano Or Thyme (optional)
- There are no strict instructions on how to assemble this salad. The salad is going to be tossed prior to serving. I like to chop/slice/dice/quarter/crumble all the ingredients and then add to the serving dish.
- Use your favorite bottled Greek dressing or your own favorite homemade recipe.
- You can serve the salad by either tossing the veggies with the dressing prior to serving or you can serve the salad with no dressing and let your guests choose and pour their own.
