Banana Oat Pancakes

  1. Spray your griddle or pan with cooking spray and get the pan nice and hot. Like one would normally do for pancakes. In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. When your pan is good and hot, use a ladle and spoon the batter onto the griddle. I am sure you all know the basics to pancake making. When the edges look golden and lots of little bubbles start forming in the cakes, flip them over. Once they are done, butter em' up and drizzle with syrup, agave, or honey. This recipe made 6 medium sized pancakes. Dig in and enjoy!
