Cinnamon Flaxseed Pancakes
- 1 cup King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour (all Purpose Works Too)
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (i Prefer Mine Very Cinnamon-y So I Add A Bunch More)
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Cooconut Oil-melted (olive Oil Works Too)
- Olive Oil Spray
- In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
- Transfer wet ingredients to dry, and mix together (small lumps are alright)
- Heat a skillet or griddle to medium heat, and spray with olive oil
- Use 1/4 cup of batter to create small-medium sized pancakes, cook until there are bubbles showing up and flip, and allow to cook on this side as well. Continue with more spray and remaining batter.
