Ultimate Turtle Cheesecake

  1. Mix crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into bottom 2-inches upside of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  3. Microwave caramels and milk on High 3 minutes or until caramels completely melt.
  4. Stir every minute. Pour 1/2 mixture over crumb crust.
  5. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  6. Set remaining mixture aside.
  7. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium until blended.
  8. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low until blended.
  9. Pour over caramel mixture in crust.
  10. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
  11. Cool before removing sides of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Top with remaining caramel mixture and pecans before serving.
  13. Melt chocolate as directed on packaging; drizzle over cheesecake.
