Korean Barbecued Beef With Broccoli

  1. Trim fat from beef; cut beef diagonally across grain
  2. into 1/8-inch slices (for ease in cutting, partially freeze beef about 1 1/2 hours).
  3. Mix remaining ingredients (except broccoli); stir in beef until well coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain beef, reserving liquid.
  5. Stir-fry beef in wok 2 to 3 minutes or until brown.
  6. Remove beef.
  7. Stir-fry broccoli for 1 to 2 minutes, then add reserved liquid and continue to stir-fry until liquid boils and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  8. Add beef to wok to warm.
  9. Serve beef and broccoli mixture over rice.
