Milk Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0F and line muffin tins or spray with nonstick spray. I used a jumbo muffin tin for this.
  2. 2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Stir bananas, milk, peanut butter, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  3. 3. Beat butter and sugar in a third bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs to butter mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir banana mixture into butter mixture.
  4. 4. Stir in dry mixture until blended. Fold in chocolate chips until just combined. Pour batter into prepared muffin tins.
  5. 5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and drizzle with melted chocolate.
