Breakfast Buffet Pizza
- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cornmeal
- 1/4 cups Alfredo Sauce, Or More As Desired
- 2-1/2 cups Shredded Hash Browns, Cooked
- 3 whole Eggs, Cooked And Scrambled
- 6 strips Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
- 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage, Cooked
- 3 whole Green Onions, Chopped, Divided
- 1 cup Cheddar, Shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- Preheat oven to 425u0b0F. If using pre-made dough, remove from bag and let rest for a few minutes to let "puff."
- While waiting for dough, grease a 12-inch pizza pan with olive oil. Lightly dust with cornmeal.
- Roll dough slightly larger than your pan, place, and use overhanging dough to form your crust. Gently poke the dough with fork; this prevents those giant air bubbles from forming.
- Spoon and spread sauce evenly over the crust. Spread hash browns evenly over sauce, then add eggs, bacon, sausage, and 2/3 of the chopped green onions. Add cheeses over the top, then add remaining green onions.
- Bake at 425u0b0F for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and lay sliced tomato over the top and let rest 2-3 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
