Autumn Cinammon Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 4ooF.
  2. Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Mix well. This is were you may need to add a tad more milk as it can seem a bit dry. I use 1% milk so this may be why I have to add a tad more, I am not sure.
  3. Use an ungreased pan. Form cookie dough into balls and then flatten-but not too thin, for moist cookies. I sprinkle sugar on top for my hubby and children.
  4. Bake about 8 minutes or longer if you like them crunchy. Cool on a rack.
  5. Decorate if desired. We like to put cream cheese icing or regular icing on the top.
