Papa’S Stew
- 5 pounds Potatoes, Peeled And Diced
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Boiled For 20 Minutes And Shredded)
- 3 cans Green Peas, 15.25 Oz.
- 3 cans Sliced Carrots, 14.5 Oz.
- 3 cans Whole Corn, 14.5 Oz.
- 3 cans Creamed Corn, 14.75 Oz.
- 1 pound Black Eyed Peas, Debris Removed And Rinsed Well
- 1 bag Speckled Butter Beans, 12 Oz.
- 2 whole Large Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Oil
- 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 cans Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 Oz
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes or until nearly done. Do not drain. Add all other ingredients except tomatoes and simmer until thickened. Add tomatoes last and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or cornbread for some true comfort food!
