Quick Peach Cobbler (In Microwave Ramekins)
- 6 teaspoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1 can (13 Oz. Can) Sliced Peaches In Syrup
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Have six microwave-proof and oven-proof individual serving size ramekins or mugs ready.
- Place 1 teaspoon of butter in each ramekin. Place all the ramekins in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
- In a medium sized bowl stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the milk and stir until combined. Divide the batter into the 6 ramekins.
- Place the peach slices (chopped if desired) on top of the batter and pour the syrup from the can over top, dividing the 1 can evenly into 6 servings. Do not stir.
- Place all the ramekins in the microwave and cook on high for 4 minutes. Transfer entire microwave plate (if it's oven-safe) with ramekins into the oven and bake for 8 minutes to brown. If the microwave plate isn't oven-safe, put the ramekins on a baking tray before putting them into the oven.
- Remove tray from the oven and cool for a few minutes, then serve with sweetened whipped cream or ice cream on top.
