French Toast Cups With Berries

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a 12-countmuffin pan with liners OR you can skip the liners and grease the muffin tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Cut the loaf of bread into bite-sized cubes and put them into a large bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Gently toss to coat. Fill each muffin well half full. Place berries on top of each.
  4. Cover with more bread cubes until the muffin well is full. Place more berries on top.
  5. Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for forty minutes or until golden and the egg has set.
