French Toast Cups With Berries
- 16 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1 cup Light Cream
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 whole Loaf Of Crusty Day Old Bread
- 1 cup Berries (whatever Kind You Like)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Line a 12-countmuffin pan with liners OR you can skip the liners and grease the muffin tin.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream, butter, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
- Cut the loaf of bread into bite-sized cubes and put them into a large bowl. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes. Gently toss to coat. Fill each muffin well half full. Place berries on top of each.
- Cover with more bread cubes until the muffin well is full. Place more berries on top.
- Bake in a 350u0b0F oven for forty minutes or until golden and the egg has set.
