Cranberry Apple Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F.
  2. In an 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish, mix apple chunks, cranberries, 2 tablespoons of corn starch/flour, white sugar and mixed spice. Try to level it out as best you can.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour and baking powder until the mixture resembles clumpy wet sand.
  4. Scatter crumble mixture over the fruits.
  5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the crumble is golden and juice is bubbling.
  6. Leave it to sit for about 15 minutes before serving with ice cream.
