M&M Marshmallow Cookies
- 7 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cups White Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cups M&M Minis
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
- 2. In the bowl of your stand mixer add butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla. Mix till creamy.
- 3. Add egg and mix till creamy.
- 4. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- 5. Add flour mixture into the mixing bowl and continue to mix.
- 6. Stir in M&M minis and marshmallows.
- 7. Using your hands, roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- 8. Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and enjoy!
- Notes: If baking with a convection oven, on convect cook at 350 F for 7 minutes or until golden brown. These cookies will be gooey!
