Peanut Butter – Chocolate Fudge
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk, Divided
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla, Divided
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over the edges of the pan.
- 2. Place peanut butter chips and 2/3 cup condensed milk in a small microwave-safe bowl.
- 3. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring at 1 minute, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
- 4. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 5. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Cool 5 minutes.
- 6. Place chocolate chips and remaining milk (1/3 cup) in another microwave-safe bowl.
- 7. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring at 1 minute, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
- 8. Stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 9. Spread evenly into the prepared pan over the peanut butter layer.
- 10. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Remove from the pan, remove foil, and cut into squares.
- 11. Store in the refrigerator.
