Coffee-Orange Fudge Cake
- 1 (2 layer) pkg. devil's food or German chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1/4 c. coffee liqueur
- 2 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- Combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding, coffee, orange peel and cinnamon.
- Beat on low until blended, scraping sides of bowl constantly.
- Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.
- Stir in chocolate pieces.
- Pour into large greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a 350u0b0 oven.
- Cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serves 24.
