Mache Salad With Strawberries, Blue Cheese And Crushed Hazelnuts With Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a mason jar and shake until mixed. Adjustments can be made to suit your taste.
  2. Place washed and dried mache (or other baby lettuce) on plate.
  3. In a separate container, add strawberries and blue cheese and toss them with the dressing. Place atop mache and sprinkle with crushed nuts (once you've measured out the nuts, place them in a partially sealed Ziploc bag and lightly beat with a knife handle to crush them). Enjoy!
