Bok Choy Salad
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 6 ounces, weight Almonds, Slivered
- 2 packages Ramen Noodles, 3 Ounce Packages, Break Up Noodles
- 1/2 cups Sesame Sticks, Honey Mustard
- 5 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 head Bok Choy, Chopped

- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Oil
- 1/4 cups Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Then, brown the following in butter: almonds, noodles and sesame sticks. Once browned, remove from heat and allow to cool. Then, mix all salad ingredients together in large bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in separate container.
- When you are ready to serve, pour dressing over salad in large bowl, toss well.
