Brownies
- 3 whole Eggs
- 5 ounces, weight Sugar
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Unsalted Butter
- 7 ounces, weight Unsweetened Baking Chocolate (fondant)
- 2-1/2 ounces, weight Flour, All Purpose
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3-1/2 ounces, weight Chopped Walnuts
- 3 ounces, weight Chocolate Chips
- 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F (175u0b0C).
- 2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
- 3. Add sugar and stir until thoroughly combined.
- 4. Heat a medium saucepan and melt butter. You can also melt butter in the microwave oven for 1 minute (800W).
- 5. Break unsweetened baking chocolate (fondant) into pieces and add to the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
- 6. Add the mix to the bowl with the beaten eggs and sugar.
- 7. Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, chopped walnuts and chocolate chips in another medium bowl.
- 8. Pour the mixture in the first bowl into the second bowl and stir well to combine.
- 9. Pour the brownie mixture into a baking dish or prepared pan (13x9x2 inch).
- 10. Bake for 20 minutes, cover with aluminum foil to form a crust and bake for 10-15 minutes more (30-35 minutes in total).
- 11. Set aside to cool, served and enjoy your chocolate brownies!
