Brownies

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F (175u0b0C).
  2. 2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
  3. 3. Add sugar and stir until thoroughly combined.
  4. 4. Heat a medium saucepan and melt butter. You can also melt butter in the microwave oven for 1 minute (800W).
  5. 5. Break unsweetened baking chocolate (fondant) into pieces and add to the saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  6. 6. Add the mix to the bowl with the beaten eggs and sugar.
  7. 7. Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, chopped walnuts and chocolate chips in another medium bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture in the first bowl into the second bowl and stir well to combine.
  9. 9. Pour the brownie mixture into a baking dish or prepared pan (13x9x2 inch).
  10. 10. Bake for 20 minutes, cover with aluminum foil to form a crust and bake for 10-15 minutes more (30-35 minutes in total).
  11. 11. Set aside to cool, served and enjoy your chocolate brownies!
