Vegan Blueberry Waffles

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients with banana, blending well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir in the blueberries.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Warm a waffle iron and spray with nonstick spray. Pour about 3/4 cup of batter onto the iron for each waffle and close the lid. Check your appliance's instructions for proper cook time. Alternatively, watch the steam coming from the waffle iron; when it stops steaming, the waffles are done.
