Luscious Fruit Mousse

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Mix baking mix and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture is crumbly.
  3. Press in bottom of ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
  4. Bake about 15 minutes or until light brown; cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and the vanilla.
  6. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl, until stiff.
  7. Fold whipped cream and marshmallows into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
  8. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  9. Cut into squares.
  10. Top with fruit.
  11. Refrigerate any remaining dessert. Makes 9 servings.
