Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 275u0b0F.
  2. 2. On a sheet pan, spread out the oats, coconut and peanuts.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla. Heat together over low heat while stirring until you have a smooth even chocolate sauce.
  4. 4. Pour the chocolate sauce over the oats, coconut and nuts and using a spatula, gently stir the oats and nuts until they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Bake the granola for 45 minutes at 275u0b0F until crispy. Store in an airtight container.
