Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola
- 3 cups Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
- 1/2 cups Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1. Preheat the oven to 275u0b0F.
- 2. On a sheet pan, spread out the oats, coconut and peanuts.
- 3. In a saucepan, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla. Heat together over low heat while stirring until you have a smooth even chocolate sauce.
- 4. Pour the chocolate sauce over the oats, coconut and nuts and using a spatula, gently stir the oats and nuts until they are evenly coated.
- 5. Bake the granola for 45 minutes at 275u0b0F until crispy. Store in an airtight container.
